Leaf 1 (p. 1-2) contains an early, unpublished draft of Nabokov's rhymed translation of Pushkin's Eugene Onegin. Nabokov prepared this translation for his students at Cornell University; it includes chapter 1, stanzas 1-10 and 15. Leaf 2 (p. 3) includes translations of four Pushkin poems: "The Name," "I value little those much vaunted rights," Winter Morning," and "Epigram (On Vorontzov)."
